Since I have obviously never gone through this before, I have a few questions for the coordinator at the venue. If any of you can think of any other details I should address, PLEASE let me know!
There are my questions so far:
1. Who supplies place cards or how do we know where to put what dish (veg, meat, poultry)?
2. Who sets up the tables and when? Do we get a say as to where everything goes (cake table, guest book table, gift table, etc.)
3. Do you provide linens and when does that get set up?
4. What time should the cake get delivered?

I will set up the tables, placement cards, centerpieces, chair covers...I can also get up early in the morning of your wedding and buy out all of the blood red roses (or whatever flowers you want) from downtown too. I really want to see the hall so that I can get a better view and vision of what I am working with. It will look great!!! I know of a great place that rents out linens if you want to use them. The cake should be delivered about an hour to two hours before the reception to ensure freshness and that no one touches it!
